Training a horse can be a challenge. Follow along as I train Jessie using Natural Horsemanship principles. Jessie is a Foundation Quarter Horse born in 2000. Most of the what I learned about horses and horsemanship has come from studying Clinton Anderson's Downunder Horsemanship although I've taken several clinics, studied other trainers, and worked with other horses. Follow along and share our experiences.

Pictures from Horseman Park
There is a park down by the river and next to it is a barn that has been repaired. It's called Horseman Park. My neighbor and I trailered our wives to to a trail about 8 or 9 miles away and we headed for the park with lunch stuff. We hung around (read, took pictures) the three hours it took for them to ride to us and made them lunch. Here are some pictures.

What awesome photos! I'm assuming you took those? What wonderful quality! Those trails are just beautiful and OMG is Renae's horse huge!
Thanks. Seem to be practicing photography a lot lately ;>)
Yeah, that Dusty is a big boy! We don't know his lines, so we tell everyone he's an Old Joe Bailey horse. Although with those spots (that get more and more every year) people think he's an appy instead of a quarter horse.
